Group Fitness Classes/Hikes

Hey everyone!
To second Ashley, thank you for great questions and participation in today's lecture. We are looking at a longer, more quality life, and I know you all can do it! I wanted to remind everyone about extra things you can be doing during your weeks. You were all given gift certificates to our evening classes, which are Monday and Wednesdays at 7:00pm at the studio. They are an hour long, very fun, and taught by myself, Jesse, or Ashley. Sign up ahead of time, and you're good to go! We also offer our hiking group every Saturday morning at 9am. We hit only front country hikes, so they are nearby, but it's a great way to get outdoors and enjoy some exercise on a more social level. Remember to keep each other accountable as you are all part of the Wolfe and Associates Team! Friday is already your halfway mark and second weigh-in! Everyone is doing phenomenal, keep up the fabulous work!

Green team, play it cool for now. We don't want to make anyone feel left out of the winners circle QUITE yet =P. GO GET EM!!

Nutrition!

Thank you for giving up your lunch break today to us today so that we could talk about one of the most important pieces of the wellness puzzle: GOOD NUTRITION!

As we discussed, this is something YOU need to DECIDE on making it a priority in your life to start making healthier food choices, watching your portion sizes and encouraging the people you love to do the same.

Please use the 7 tips I gave you to give you a jump-start on becoming the decision maker on what goes into your body. Remember: Plan, No magic diets, find YOUR motivation, self-monitor your choices, Problem solve your weaknesses, Work with Friend or Co-worker on eating healthier, and TRAIN LIKE YOU MEAN IT! (so far I haven't seen anyone give less then 100%, THANK YOU!)

First Week!

Alright everyone! Congratulations on finishing your first week with us! Everyone is doing great, and through all the jokes and laughs it is truly nice to see everyone staying committed and true! Remember to hold each other accountable and focus on your steps that you need to take toward reaching your goals. Blue and Yellow team, I admire your focus and determination for the race for second place. It's gonna be a close one ;-). The green powerhouse is rockin it and Wolfe and Associates as a whole, which is everyone's true team, is really doing awesome! Tell yourselves this is just the beginning to an amazing transformation in your health and wellness, and we promise to make it as fun and fulfilling as possible! Have great weekends, behave yourselves, and stay on track!!

Go YELLOW!!!!

Go YELLOW TEAM!!!!

Yellow Team Members are: Brian So, Erik Oftebro, John Stampe, Kiley Mora and Malory Coulter

I looking forward to getting our starting weigh-in done tomorrow. Remember this is just our jumping off point to an amazing six weeks. Start to write down some ideas of what YOU want to see happen during this time; What do you want to accomplish in this time?

We will be talking more about setting goals and teamwork in our first lecture this week!!!

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for a walk tomorrow following the weigh-in.
