Go YELLOW!!!!

Go YELLOW TEAM!!!!

Yellow Team Members are: Brian So, Erik Oftebro, John Stampe, Kiley Mora and Malory Coulter

I looking forward to getting our starting weigh-in done tomorrow. Remember this is just our jumping off point to an amazing six weeks. Start to write down some ideas of what YOU want to see happen during this time; What do you want to accomplish in this time?

We will be talking more about setting goals and teamwork in our first lecture this week!!!

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for a walk tomorrow following the weigh-in.

Lets take advantage of every opportunity! (and kick some blue and green ass!)

  4. It is well known that the color "green" is the combination of yellow and blue. Thought - Get together, hold hands and enjoy your creation... obviously we are the leaders, and you, well... "maintenance'?

  5. You children are playing a game for grown ups!!! Blue team is the big leagues!! All the rest of you guys are still warming bench in the minors! Ashley and Macie have not even made it past T-Ball yet!!!

  6. Jesse the Blue team is like the prom queen that goes to the 10 year renunion but is old, ugly, worn down and has hair growing out of a mole on her neck. You are just a bump in the road on Yellow teams road to victory!!

  7. Yellow Team,

I was able to map out our route from yesterday's walk and it was nearly 2 miles!! (1.75) GREAT JOB! ( I used MapMyRun.com, you can create a free account to map other workouts and run/walks)

Lets continue working on our upwards climb of the hill and also cutting down the amount of time it takes us to complete it.

I am looking forward to our walk on Friday and hearing how you are doing on your goals for this week! Keep me posted!

  8. Green team, I'm glad our workout went so well on Tuesday. Jesse and Ashley will soon come to realize certain things are just unstoppable. I am so proud of each and every one of the RLWA team members, make sure to keep each other accountable for the next period of time (even if they are on yellow or blue!) And Scott, don't spell out long words anymore, Jesse's eyes are a little sore from staring at the computer for so long ;-)

    Keep up the great work!!

  9. Think Jesse's challenge may be staring at the mirror too long! If he ever went to one of your spinning classes he would understand that the mirror is always "fogged" over and not available for personal satisfaction, only team progression...
    Go Green!
You rock Macie! See you tomorrow...
