Nutrition!

Thank you for giving up your lunch break today to us today so that we could talk about one of the most important pieces of the wellness puzzle: GOOD NUTRITION!

As we discussed, this is something YOU need to DECIDE on making it a priority in your life to start making healthier food choices, watching your portion sizes and encouraging the people you love to do the same.

Please use the 7 tips I gave you to give you a jump-start on becoming the decision maker on what goes into your body. Remember: Plan, No magic diets, find YOUR motivation, self-monitor your choices, Problem solve your weaknesses, Work with Friend or Co-worker on eating healthier, and TRAIN LIKE YOU MEAN IT! (so far I haven't seen anyone give less then 100%, THANK YOU!)
